This slider card when completed measures 7 “ x  8. 2 / 16 “ ( 17. 6  cm x 20. 9 cm ) Taking the A4 300gm card-stock and make the card base by first making 2 folds, being 2.1/4” ( 6 cm ) along the long side to form the foot of the card. Fold this to a hill and valley fold. Cut the card front base at 5.9/16” x 6.12/16” ( 14. 2 cm x 17. 1 cm ) The card slider at 2.10/16” x 4.1/2” four and a half inches ( 6. 7 cm x 11. 5 cm )
Find the design paper with the footprints on it for the card background and slider guide. Cut a little smaller then adhere to the card base. Taking the brown card stock and cream design paper, cut this to fit the card front. Cutting a little smaller than the other for matting. Not forgetting to leave the top of the papers open for the slider, adhere to the card front base. Taking the cream card stock and the HCD1-7120 Fleur boarder basic die set, cut two panels to form the shape of a hill.
Ink the edges so the hill shape will pop. Adhere the hills to the card front with 3d foam tape.
Taking the stamps and matching dies make the embellishments for the card.
Stamp lots of the trees as once they are coloured they will be tucked and adhered behind the hills to make the scene.
The fire is stamped x3. The fire flame part of the image is cut away from two of the die cuts and layered to give dimension to the fire.

Form the scene as shown in the photo. Find the sentiment in the paper collection, trim and ink the edges. Curl to form a banner and adhere with glue.
Make a double triple bow from the organza ribbon and adhere to the top of the slider guide.
To finish, apply the stickles to the flowers and fire flames.

Make the card base from the white card stock. Taking the paper collection find the blue design paper with the music print. Cut both the matting layers for the card a little smaller than the base. Ink the edges and then distress the edges. Adhere to the card base with the 3d foam dots. Taking the white card stock again, stamp die cut, colour and shape the flowers (x7),  holly leaves and berries (x3) from the stamp and die sets.  Apply the Nuvo glitter drops to the flower centres, when dry, trim the flowers away from the stems. These will be adhered with the aid of the hot glue gun later. Taking the two largest outer circle frame, die cut x 5 layers. Forming a circle frame. Adhere all together then apply the peacock feathers distress ink. Apply clear drying glue then dip into the crystal clear glitter. Put aside to dry. Do the same for the banner.  Taking the die for ‘For You’, die cut this x 5. Adhere all the layers together, colour the words with the peacock feathers ink then apply the clear crackle paint. The crackle paint will alter the colour so it will pop even more. Adhere the circle frame to the matting front then adhere all the leaves, berries and flowers to the left side of the circle. Bend the banner a little so it will fit into the flowers and over the circle. Adhere the words onto the banner with the aid of the hot glue gun. Add a few flowers in and around the banner tail and a few to the right side card edge. To finish, once all is dry and secure apply a little diamond stickles to each of the flower centres.

See here the crackle paint, the same ink has been used. The crackle paint changes the colour....which makes it more fun...love having fun.

...what do you weaken about the stacked circles to make a frame? the lace edge finish makes it so pretty!

Love these cute little flowers...they make great fillers.

Shape them, fill the centres with gloss or stickers...can't get enough of them!

The new circle and oval dies are going to be a great addition to the Heartfelt Creations collections.
