Instructions:
The finished size of this card is, 14 cm x 13 cm. Please Note: All the stamping is done with the gold embossing powder. To make the tunnel base cut 4 x 12.7 cm x 12.7 cm (5" x 5") Cut frame openings on each frame. 1st Base layer leave as is, the 2nd frame 1.6 cm (5 / 8") sides. 3rd frame, 2.2 cm (7 / 8") sides and 4th frame, 3.2 cm (1 1/4") sides. For the accordion sides cut, 12.7 cm x 9.1 cm (5" x 3 1 /2") Make hill and valley folds by folding every 1.3 cm (1 / 2") which forms the accordion sides for the frames to be slotted into. Stamp, color and die cut all the images from the sets. Arrange and adhere in place across the frame openings. Take the time to make sure all the details can be seen. It is worth the extra time to enable to display all your work in 3d. Apply gesso to soften the brown and distress the cardstock. Adhere the frames slotted into the accordion sides, first one side then the other. This card is 3d but yet will fall flat when sending by post…very handy.
An extra tip: You could always  add a few flowers to the Card out side you find it too simple. But I wanted to be able to send this in a envelope and not in  a box. Remember this can be sent flat....something very different for me!

Close ups of the layering...all that gold.

A few close ups of the sides and under that you don't see when the card is standing

Have a inky scrappy day, and sussipoppins hugs to you

Card Stock: White, Green.
Ranger: Heat Gun, Bone folder, Water coloring brush, Scissors. Derwent Ink-tense watercolor pencils: Light olive 1540, Felt green 1530,Bark 2000, Amber 1710, Saddle brown. Other: Archival black ink, Versa-mark, Fussy Cutting Scissors, Double sided Tape
Double Sided Foam Tape, Scoreboard, Spellbinder dies: Circles 6.5 cm and 8.8 cm.

Instructions:
NOTE: This week I have done my best to convert to inches. In brackets.I hope this works out right for you. I suggest you purchase a cm ruler to double check....have fun.
The finished size of this Z slider card is 13.5 cm x 15 cm. (5.5" x 5.14")
Taking the white card stock, cut for the card base at 27 cm x 13.5 cm (10.10" x 5.5")To form the Z card base make folds at 6 cm (2.6") and 12 cm (4.11") across the 27 cm measurement. Fold these creases to form hill and valley folds. Once the card base is folded, the measurements to be further used will be, 15 cm x 13.5 cm (background), 6 cm x 13.5 cm. (card front foot),
Further, cut from the white card stock, 13 cm (5.2") x 10 cm (3.15")(card front) and 11.5 cm (41/2") x 4.5 cm (1.12") (card slide). This can now be matted with contrasting card stock and or design paper. All matting and design papers are trimmed 2mm smaller each side for each layer used.
Once the card background and the slider card piece are completed, the slider can be adhered to the top center of the card background. When the card front is being put together, remember to leave the top of the card between the base and the matting layers open. This is so you can slide the slider between the layers. This part of the card holds it all upright and works as a stand. Adhere the card front to the card foot, making sure you have enough room for the slider to slide into the card front opening.
To decorate the card front, Cut the green card stock to size and adhere in place. Cut the dark green design paper to fit the card front base and slider. Edge the card base front design paper with gold embossing powder, do the same to a circle of 8.8 cm (3.8") of the same paper. Stamp the sentiment and gold emboss. Cut this to a circle of 6.5 cm (2.9") Adhere the circles to the front design paper with the foam tape or foam dots. Adhere to the card front base. Stamp, color and die cut the Deer, 6 large leaf images with Archival ink then 3 using the gold embossing powder. Arrange in layers around the sentiment circles then adhere in place. Once the Deer have been placed to the lower right of the card with foam tape / dots, apply glossy accents / Crystal Lacquer to add interest to the card.

Above, you see the combination of the gold embossing and black ink stamping on the leaves.
Love the mixture.

Above you get a detailed view of the leaf placement.

Unfortunately you can not see the glossy in this photo...but it is there...but aren't these deer so cute...love them!
A simple card this week...but one of my favs....this time less is more....lol
Hope you go back to the Heartfelt Creations site and check out all the other eye candy there today.
Till next time have a inky scrappy day.

Instructions:
The finished size of this project is a little over 15 cm x 15 cm.
To make the tunnel base, take the card stock and cut x 4 15 cm x 15 cm. From 3 cut a hole into the square form a frame. The cover frame edge is 2.2 cm. The remaining two are 3 cm and 1.5 cm frame edges. The supporting box the measurements are, 15.1 cm x 15.1 cm for the base, 3 sides at 2 cm, 1 side at 2 cm + 1.5 cm. ( this is for the front frame hinge. ) Ink the edges using the different colored inks. Green inks for the ground and blue inks for the sky. Adhere all together to form a box with a hinged cover. Adhere the ribbon to the side of the box. Make a sentiment using the ‘Thinking of you‘ stamp from the Paw-fect Pooches stamp set. listed above in the product list. To make the inside; Stamp all the images from the collection with the archival ink on aquarelle paper, you can never have enough. Color the images with the watercolor pencils then die cut the images. Arrange across the openings of the frames. Checking that you will see the treetops and critters in each layer by placing on top of each other before adhering in place. ( I know it is a bother, but it is worth it, as you do not want to have to start all over again to get it right. ) Once there is a base line of tree lines and bush you can then add the critters and birds. You can trim to size the flowers and forest foliage as fillers, that is the reason why it is good idea to color and die cut extra images. What is over can always be used in other projects at a later date. Once all is glued and secure on the frames, you can adhere the frames together in a stack. Adhere two foam dots together to form one dot to give the height needed between each frame. The dot placement is three across on each side.  Because you have used ink you will need to add a spot of wet glue to the foam dots to secure the hold. Once you have adhered the entire frame together, add double sided tape to the base and sides of the box. Place the frames into the box, tie the ribbon, add the sentiment and embellish the frame front. Add a few spots of stickles here and there to add interest.

These two cute critters are adhered to the sides of the box.
The critters hide the adhesive for the ribbon.

Below, showing the box opened

All of the above the out side of the box front, below the box opened.

This is how it looks opened.

This is basic instructions on how to cut a Z slider card that measures when finished15 cm x 13.5 cm. Using a winter white base card stock cut for the card base, 27 cm x 13.5 cm. Make folds at 6 cm and 12 cm across the 27 cm side. Fold these creases to form hill and valley folds. Further, cut from the base card stock, 13 cm x 10 cm (card front) and 11.5 cm x 4.5 cm (card front slide).

Cut all the contrasting matting and design papers 2mm smaller each side for each layer used. Once the card background and the slider card piece is completed with matting, the slider can be adhered to the top center of the card background. NOTE: When the card front is being put together, leave the top of the card between the base and the matting layers open. This is so you can slide the slider between the layers. The sentiment ‘A Gift For You’ is stamped with the gold embossing powder. Fussy cut the circles. Die cut the spellbinders small oval once. Trim this so you use both the lace peeks to show when placed behind the sentiments. Ink the edges of the sentiment cuts with the distress inks. Stamp the Blushing rose swirl image, color, die cut, shape and trim to get the flower and swirl piece that will peek from under the paper layers and roses. Arrange at the foot of the card front as shown in the photo. Add the half pearls to the flower centers. To finish the card add stickles to the roses. Stamp, color, die cut and shape the rose ? circle image. Adhere this to the card front top with 3d foam squares. Last, add to the roses a hint of stickles to bling up your finished card.

love all the layers....the roses...can't get enough of them! xxxoxxx

A close up of how the layers are and the slider right and left.

I have heard some of you are having troubles converting from centimetres to inches....I hear what you are saying...years ago at school we changed to centimetres and life became so much simpler! It's true...you should try it. So since then I have not used inches...a real pain with card making as a lot are done in the inches. So what I did, I invested in a inch ruler and converted from the centimetre ruler. Not always easy, as I found I could just as well start from scratch. Unfortunately it does not always work as one is a bit out sometimes...enough to be a pain in the imperial butt....and when one needs to start all over again because the card or what ever does not fit any more...grrrr.
Thats why I don't use inches any more....but some of you are insistent...lol....I understand. So I shell try to accommodate you. Just give me the time to relearn all the inches and 1/4's, 1 1/8ths etc.
I promise, I shall do my best but don't expect the change to come by next week...you know that saying... "you can't teach an old dog new tricks". In the mean time I do suggest to invest in a centimetre ruler and try it....who knows you might get converted....
Have a scrappy inky day any way..
Inky love sussipoppins
